Come and join me to celebrate the latest turn of the wheel...Imbolc.
The air around is still and quiet, each breath can be seen in the frost and for a moment we are in the inbetween. The deepest, darkest hours of Winter have past, but the warmth of the sun is still yet to be felt.
This beautiful Sabbat is a time to celebrate the light at the end of the tunnel. You may see tiny buds on trees and plants starting to reach out towards the sun, whilst they will not bloom for a while, the growth has begun and they pushing towards their goal of blossoming and bringing colour to the world.
For this workshop we will bee diving into all ting Imbolc, how you can celebrate, traditions of this beautiful sabbat, correspondences such as food, altar decorations, herbs and incense etc. We will also be discussing the Goddess Brigid, a Celtic goddess of the Sacred flame and Cauldron who is closely associated with this day.
During our class we will be doing a variety of magickal activities such as:
-A meditation connecting with Brigid
-A Imbolc Candle Magick Spell for you to start in class and complete on Imbolc
-We will also try our hands at abit of magickal craft by making our own Brigids cross.
The class will run from 10am to 1pm, with a break included. The Kitchen Witchery class will take place after at 2pm. If you are interested in doing both please send Amy a message on instagram and you will recieve a $20 discount code.
This class will be held at a beautiful space at Elfhame, situated in Olinda in the Dandenong Ranges.
